Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction at Beauty Tech Distribution. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 8 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange, credit, or full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). Beauty Tech Distribution products must be returned with the seal unpeeled in original condition, with packaging intact and in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition. Once we have received your return at our fulfillment center, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account following inspection.
