The devices act as their own conditioning treatment while working on your hair, so adding product is just layering more "stuff" in your hair. If you are performing a heat test to showcase the technology or keeping the devices held on the hair for longer than 30 seconds, do not use product in your hair as the product could burn.

All HAIRBEAURON devices (3D, 4D, 7D), and the REPRONIZER 7D Plus and REPRONIZER 27D Plus are equipped with universal voltage and can be used worldwide with a simple plug adapter. A voltage adapter is not necessary. The REPRONIZER 3D Plus and REPRONIZER 4D Plus sold through Y-Axis Beauty are only compatible with voltage in the USA and Canada.
