Bioprogramming products may be returned within 8 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange, credit, or full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). All Bioprogramming products must be returned with the seal unpeeled in original condition, with packaging intact and in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition. Please contact hello@y-axisbeauty.com to initiate a return request. Once we have received your return at our fulfillment center, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account following inspection.
